Sending my pup to Killbuck Valley Retrievers was the best thing I could have done for her. Working with Matt and Sara the last 2 years has been great.I have sent my dog Valley down to KVR for several of their training courses. I started with the basic obedience and gun dog training and have since sent her for several more advanced courses. KVR has created a versatile hunting dog that has beat all of my expectations from the praries of North Dakota to the swamps of Ohio. I am looking forward to sending my pup back for some refresher training and some more advanced training.

Working with Matt at Killbuck Valley Retrievers has been a truly rewarding experience. I have been fortunate enough to share the blind with three dogs trained by Killbuck Valley Retrievers. It’s safe to these dogs are hunting machines. We had 5 birds dead in tall grass and “River” found every bird and even carried two back in one trip! I was on one pups first several hunt and it was crazy how fast these dogs learn and grow. I would gladly share my blind with any dog trained at Killbuck Valley Retrievers in the future!
